The Bullet Proof® Manager is a unique combination of live and video
instruction. It emphasizes involvement, participation and teamwork
and represents a complete departure from traditional training methodology.
Perhaps the most impressive thing about the training is that it
works with all sizes of companies, departments and groups, from
major multi-national giants to small, local firms.
Participants
in Bullet Proof® Manager training attend a monthly session for 12
consecutive months. Each session lasts approximately four hours
and concentrates on two specific management skills. The training
begins with a 30-minute video featuring a leading authority* on
the first of the two featured management skills. The video is followed
by approximately one hour of practice, drills, and role-plays to
reinforce skills learned. This is followed by a second half-hour
video and an additional hour of practice and exercises. At the completion
of the training, participating managers will have spent 48 hours
in a structured learning environment.
The Bullet Proof®
Manager also allows clients to dramatically increase the value and
impact of their training investment. Here's how. After attending
a monthly Bullet Proof® Manager session and learning the material
personally, participants can then return to their department or
team and use the video and written resources to conduct the same
training for others. This important benefit allows clients to drive
key techniques and messages throughout their firm, to help participating
managers apply the skills they learn, and to maximize training investment
value.
